ISO 9001: 2015 audit - system advancement assessment successfully passed
Reliable, structured and with the claim to best practice solutions - that characterizes the work of the engineers of the ServiceXpert Gesellschaft für Service-Informationssysteme mbH. A comprehensive understanding of quality management is therefore conveyed and lived in the projects as well as in every the ServiceXpert's corporate process. In order to review these processes, ServiceXpert has been successfully certified by TÜV Rheinland according to DIN ISO 9001 since 2004. Since then, the ISO 9001 audit has been an annual component of quality management.
With the new standard version DIN ISO 9001: 2015, the demand on high quality process management increased, which led to the optimization of the core processes at ServiceXpert and ensured that the key measures are met regarding quality goals, contract fulfilment, profitability, avoidance of errors, constant improvement, customer relation, responsibility of the management and employees and last but not least also regarding customer satisfaction. These sustainable work processes guarantee safe business operations not only in “normal” everyday work, but also in times of unforeseen incidents, such as Corona at the moment.
The primary purpose of an audit is to determine whether the established processes meet the requirements of the standard and are applied accordingly in day-to-day business.
In addition, an audit also serves to determine whether the existing regulations and processes are still appropriate, or whether in practice process changes occur that can be implemented and used to improve processes.
Due to the good safety and sophisticated hygiene concept, the last audit was carried out on July 7th and 8th, 2020 "onboard" in the offices of the ServiceXpert in Munich.
In the meeting, the auditor emphasized particularly positively that the management evaluation was made clearer, so that despite the reduction in scope, the informative value was improved.
After the audit the ServiceXpert team will continuously review its processes according to the proven PCDA cycle of DIN ISO 9001 and optimize them with the aim of increasing efficiency.
