ServiceXpert returns to office with "new NORMAL"

The employees of ServiceXpert Gesellschaft für Service-Informationssysteme mbH will return to office gradually from May 25, 2020 and with comprehensive safety measures in place.
A small group - mainly consisting of embedded software projects and the area EE - integration software and hardware – continued to operate on-site in Hamburg and Munich for almost nine weeks. The majority of the ServiceXpert team provided services without any interruption in the projects from home (FlexWork) with daily team / customer coordination via online meeting tools. In order to be able to return to continuous office operations, the management and supervisors, in close cooperation with the occupational safety experts, developed and implemented a comprehensive concept that takes into account the requirements for social distancing and additional hygiene measures. The measures were successfully implemented in a two-week test phase. From calendar week onwards, the teams will work alternately in the office or at home (FlexWork).
